“IRPT: TIMEOUT WHILE WAITING EXTERNAL BUCKY REPLY”

DESCRIPTION

Generator, after I and II step are pressed, is ready to emits and produce an “Output Bucky Start” signal to the external accessory.

Then start waiting the accessory “Clear to Emit” signal

Generator waits up to 60” that accessory is ready through digital input:

If reply signal from external accessory is not arriving within 60” this FAULT is generated

 INSPECTION

• Check that selected accessory is powered ON
• Verify that OBS, OBSx are correctly generated (through related LED switch ON in General Terminal Board
• Be sure that cable connecting Generator to accessory are not interrupted
• In case of moving grids, be sure that the grid moves when OBS signal is produced and received in accessory side
• Verify that external accessory replies (closing relay/or energizing an optocoupler)
• Be sure that cables connecting accessory’s reply to generator input are not interrupted
• Be sure that Input LED is lighted
• Test input LED closing manually the bucky reply on GTB
