“IONIZING RADIATIONS CAN BE DANGEROUS FOR PATIENT AND OPERATOR”

DESCRIPTION

This is not an FAULT, this is a message for the operator when powering on the generator, reminding the hazards of ionizing radiation.

After the presentation of this FAULT, the generator can evolve automatically to stand-by status or wait for the operator wish to use the generator: it depends on configuration status of the control console

USER ENTRY:
If C306.4x touch screen control console is configured in this way, generator wait the pressure on  key to evolve in “STAND-BY” status

AUTOMATIC ENTRY:
after showing the initial message, the control console software simulate a pressure on OK key to evolve automatically in “STAND-BY” status

WHAT TO DO

Switch On generator when SERVICE SWITCH / JUMPER is in SETUP SERVICE MODE (MPU/MCU a switch, GCU a jumper).

The first screen turns to setup screen, here locate the key with “ENTER” label.

Pressing it the startup mode cycles between MANUAL ENTER and AUTOMATIC ENTER.

When selected the mode switch off the generator, turn the switch in work mode (or remove the setup jumper on GCU) and start generator.
